Our implementation team is hiring an accomplished Sr. Implementation Manager! This high-impact role will regularly partner with internal and client teams in order to achieve successful end-to-end implementation of Knowde’s products and services. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning through to execution and closure. 
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans and other project collateral, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with the broader project team including the solutions manager, architect, and CSMs throughout the project to refine deliverables and ensure client and internal adherence to project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, schedules, budgets, teams, and reporting for internal teams and external client teams.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. 
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, internal and external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. 
  • Continually optimize delivery processes and bring best of the solution to each client use case
  • Drive projects forward with systems implementation process methodology including Waterfall and Agile approach

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience managing technically complex data implementation projects as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a growing tech startup (MDM / PIM experience preferred)
  • Expert client and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
