Job description

Sales Development Representative – (Foreign Exchange Sales)

As a Sales Representative with Convera, based in our Prague office, you will be working closely with our Senior Business Development Managers to proactively identify and contact new prospects from multiple sources including databases, events, and partnerships to determine their requirements and arrange qualifies appointments for our Senior Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities

*Being confident in making outbound calls to identify, qualify and set appointments for our Senior Business Development Managers

*Directly prospect new opportunities by using sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo

*Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as revenue and appointment setting targets

*Work closely with the Senior Business Development managers, Industry leads and Head of Sales to prospect new and existing contacts

*Manage the lead allocation pipeline to the sales team on a daily basis,

*Use commercial awareness to demonstrate and promote ideal solutions for potential clients.

You should apply if you have:

*We want you to have similar experiences in a sales role, ideally used to making outbound calls

*Prior experience in Foreign Exchange is advantageous.

*Fluency in English & Czech is required.

*Financial services experience is ideal.

*Strong organizational skills and effective time management

*Experience within Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools such as Salesforce would be advantageous.

* Professional telephone manner

* You are a resilient, motivated individual with a tenacious and competitive mindset to succeed.

* Many previous incumbents in this role at Convera have then been promoted to BDM, Dealing or Relationship Manager roles. We expect the same for you!
