Job Title: Real Estate Disposition Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1750 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST), there may be occasional after-hours and weekend requirements.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Real Estate Disposition Specialist to join our team. This key role involves managing high-volume sales in real estate, building strong investor relationships, and contributing to the success of our property transactions. The ideal candidate has a persuasive and energetic approach to real estate sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with investors to present and sell property deals effectively.
  • Assess property values, analyze market potential, and strategize to maximize sales.
  • Manage and overcome sales objections confidently.
  • Execute high-volume sales transactions with persistence and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain and apply strong sales techniques and strategies.
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce) and software such as Gmail, Google Sheets, and HelloSign for streamlined operations.


Qualifications:

  • Sales experience, preferably in real estate, call center sales, or dispositions.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Sheets, and HelloSign.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in real estate sales, collections, or customer success.
  • Time management skills with a focus on efficiency and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a team while independently handling tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
