We are looking for a talented individual…

The Business Development Analyst's primary objective is to work with cross-functional teams to draft, edit, and project manage the contracting and scoping process. This role requires coordination and collaboration among teams to determine the requirements of a project or program. The Analyst is responsible for translating complex business objectives into technical solutions and scopes and clearly communicating these to stakeholders, project team members and senior management.  Critical to this role will be broad knowledge of business processes, systems, and energy efficiency/energy transition solutions/program offerings.

 

You are excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Project manage all aspects of program contracts/scopes of work from award through contract execution

  • Work with and project manage representatives of all departments across the company to lead meetings, assign responsibilities timelines and ensure all contract processes are followed

  • Write complex scopes of work, amendments and similar ancillary documents

  • Ensure compliance of the signature approval process

  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure risk mitigation is placed in contracts, delivering their counsel to internal and external stakeholders, and gain final approvals

  • Coordinating with finance department to ensure financial accuracy in contracts and Salesforce

  • Provide reconciliation of missing contracts and revenue in Salesforce and Legal team’s contract data base in coordination with Finance and program teams

  • Provide updates to internal stakeholders on the status of contracts, including to executives

  • Manage and maintain contracts SharePoint site and all contracts data in Salesforce

  • Support the contract hand-off process to regional teams and provide ongoing support during implementation as needed

  • Update program contract process training materials as needed

 
You will have...

  • 5+ years’ experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Technical or contract/scope of work writing

  • Familiarity with energy efficiency/energy transition programs

  • Project management of diverse groups of people, urgent and changing timelines and concepts

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently under general instructions and supervision

  • Strong instinctive and analytical skills

  • Maintain composure and professionalism under high stress situations

  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Skilled with Salesforce.com or other contract management database software

Target Compensation:

$60,000 - $75,000 / year

Compensation Range

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00
