Your responsibilities

Develop BI solutions: Work closely with main stakeholders to understand their information needs and requirements and translate them into actionable reports/dashboards/insights to make strategic data-driven decisions.Â
Drive data culture: Foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization, empowering users and promoting the use of BI tools for everyday decision-making.Â
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business innovation & Development, Finance, and Operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and solve business problems.Â
Lead analysis projects: Define and execute complex data analysis projects, from data extraction and cleansing to predictive modeling.Â
Optimize processes: Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency in report generation.
Training & Onboarding process: During your onboarding you will work closely with our controlling team to have a solid understanding of the business and the current processes.

Your profile

Minimum +3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency and Microsoft Excel, Â in SQL and data visualization tools (mainly Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proactivity and self-driven mindset.
Fluent in Spanish and Intermediate English level.
Available to start from January 2025.
