The Role

This position is a consulting-level professional, recognized internally by the company as having broad expertise or unique knowledge gathering and analyzing data to be able to create actionable plans. You will also act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Location

This role is Work from Home and can be based anywhere in the United States.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
  • Gather and analyze multiple data sets to support daily business activity trends, correlate data trends to system or process issues, responsible for providing regular readouts
  • Network and collaborate within and across multiple work groups
  • Lead meetings and projects; manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations.
  • Identify, prioritize reporting and process enhancements as well as impacts to workflow and work groups
  • Clearly communicates both verbally and written to a variety of audiences; create and deliver presentations
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong organization skills
  • Team player with ability to work across multiple groups
  • Experience working with and using Power BI, Excel and BIRA reporting applications, or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree
  • 4+ years of related experience
Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$80510 - $107340 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$84740 - $112980 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$88980 - $118630 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$93210 - $124280 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
