We drive GIC’s talent strategies, and shape the organisational culture to sustain GIC’s long-term performance.
What impact can you make in this role?
You play a pivotal role in the overall Talent and Culture strategy of GIC and the alignment of HR workplans and initiatives with the overall business goals and objectives of the enterprise.
What will you do as a VP, Strategic Planning & Projects?
- Serve as strategic partner to the Global Director of Human Resource & Organization (DHRO), providing expertise and support in developing the overall Talent and Culture strategy for GIC.
- Responsible for driving the HR department's strategic agenda, crafting the business plans including expected outcomes and performance metrics.
- Monitor and track the progress of HR initiatives and projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Pilot and facilitate the design and implementation of special projects within the HR department, working closely with HR team leads.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for DHRO.
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
- Minimum 8-10 years of business consulting, strategic planning, or talent strategy experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and inquiring mind.
- Demonstrated project management and execution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High sense of accountability, urgency, and desire to learn, who would thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
