Job description

Position Overview   

As a Technical Services Engineer at Delbridge Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting client systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system reliability. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with teams to provide continuous improvements and high-quality solutions. 

Location: Italy (Remote)

Key Competencies   

Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic skills, ability to translate technical concepts for clients, and experience with Linux, networking, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).   

Customer Service: Empathetic, attentive, and dedicated to exceeding client expectations via phone, email, and chat.   

Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical information to both clients and colleagues, building trust and understanding.   

Results Oriented: High ownership and proactive approach to troubleshooting, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.   

Resilience: Adaptable and comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic setting, with a commitment to learning from every experience. 

General Requirements (All Levels)   

  • Fluency in Italian and English.   

  • Ability to explain technical terms clearly to clients.   

  • Educational background or equivalent experience.   

  • Traits: Empathy, patience, and a collaborative mindset. 

 Technical Skills & Experience by Level : 

ATSE1   

  • Basic knowledge of Linux, networking protocols, and database administration. 

  • Familiar with cloud offerings (AWS, GCP, Azure). 

ATSE2   

  • Intermediate Linux and database experience, including scripting and automation. 

  • Intermediate cloud experience (2+ years with AWS, Azure, GCP).
