The Executive Vice President – Sales will be responsible for the commercial strategy & business development. The leader will also be responsible for building a team & business acquisition with a key focus on the healthcare segment of our business.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Building, owing & executing the closure of profitable new logos, & customer revenue.

  • A matured & well-rounded understanding of the healthcare industry with a POV of the market & the trends thereof from an opportunity creation standpoint.

  • Develop relationships with key buyers & decision makers, CXO and LOB heads of new prospects & grow business.

  • Lead & mentor pre-sales teams in building & refining the sales processes and value proposition, as may be suited best from a market-facing standpoint.

  • Lead & have ownership in critical business outcomes and a willingness to take calculated risks to that end.

  • Focus on growing sales pipeline 2 quarters out to ensure adequate opportunity coverage to targets for short-term and long-term run rate & revenue growth.

  • Identify new business solutions by researching ‘Must Have Accounts,’ including mapping the Company’s organizational structure, identifying new opportunities, and understanding the key business drivers and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with solutions teams and present offerings/solutions to target enterprise prospects/customers.

  • Interfacing with clients & internal stakeholders for business solutions & RFI/RFPs.

  • Lead, design, & implement the business development activities to increase revenue & gross profit.

  • Develop strategies to cross-sell/up-sell to existing accounts and open new accounts.

  • Drive business growth through new & existing market segments for attaining periodical targets to optimize revenue & profitability benchmark set by the management.

Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $270,000 - $300,000. In addition, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include commission earnings and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
