We are looking for a bar-raising Partner Growth team member to work with our enterprise-sized partners to help them get the most out of their partnership with cargo.one. Your mission will be growing relationships with airlines and large freight forwarders to drive theirs and cargo.one's  success.

This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to be driving the digitalization of air freight and logistics in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer. You will work closely with our partners across seniority levels, and with our Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Analytics teams to achieve exponential growth for our partners.

🌍 You can work from (almost) anywhere in Europe and South Africa. We are a remote company, but regularly meet in person, too. As a German company originally, we can support with visa processes only in Germany.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

  • Own the P&L of a portfolio of partners and manage their success on the platform.

  • Lead new airline and freight forwarder integrations, including project management, onboarding. Set strategies, goals and develop initiatives that drive growth.

  • Define and execute a growth roadmap, including product development initiatives and market launches, and adoption initiatives that increase growth.

  • Be a trusted digital advisor to our partners, guiding them through their digital transformation journey.

  • Work with our Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing & Analytics teams to deliver the best partner experience.

  • Travel the world to visit and build relationships with our partners from Canada to Singapore.

🙋🏽‍♀️ We’re looking for someone who has:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role (airline, logistics or professional services experience is a plus).

  • You are characterized by excellent project management, communication and presentation skills, and have excellent analytical capabilities.

  • You have the ability to build strong, long-term, value-driven relationships with various stakeholders.

  • You possess entrepreneurial drive and the ability to be creative, roll up your sleeves, take initiative and take risks in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

  • Fluency in English is a must, and additional languages are a very big plus!
