We are looking for a People Business Partner with experience in wellbeing management, preferable in a Nordic or international matrix organization.
You will be part of our Nordic People Team, a team that thrives from collaboration, being very professional and having fun together. You will have experienced colleagues both located in Finland as well as Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

This role will be positioned in Turku and as we have a hybrid work model at Lowell you will be able to combine work at the office with work from home.

About the role:
Through effective business partnering with our leaders, you will be responsible for the delivery of the People Plan which delivers a better colleague, customer, and client experience. This role will have a special focus on pro-actively driving our Nordic wellbeing activities through supporting and coaching our people leaders on both colleague health as well as achieving good business results. Besides driving our wellbeing agenda, the role is responsible for supporting the business in all HR related topics such as any required organizational design or operating model changes.
Lowell is a data driven business and we value our capability of providing the business with insights from various people data as well to contribute to the success of the business. We do that through supporting and/or leading initiatives both from the business and the People team to enable to deliver objectives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you need to have extensive knowledge and experience on how to work with wellbeing matters from both business and employee perspective covering emotional and social health as well as mental and physical wellbeing.
Other qualifications would be to:
- Have a proven experience working in a generalist HR role or multi-disciplinary experience across a range of people roles such as wellbeing and engagement.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with every aspect of work.
- Highly organized, preferably with project management skills, and the ability to prioritize and work autonomously.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations, challenge effectively and ask the right questions.
- If you have work experience in the following areas it’s would be an advantage: reward, resourcing, employee relations, employment policy, organizational development, performance, and development.
- Master’s level education, preferably on psychology, or equivalent work experience including coaching, work-counselling or similar.
As a person you are
- Good at building effective relationships at all levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Be able to stay calm in difficult situations.
- Resilient, able to deal with issues and manage difficult situations firmly and sensitively.
- Open for testing new tasks and ideas.
- Fluent and well-formulated both in writing and orally in English and Finnish. Fluency in Swedish would be an advantage.
