Job description

Are you passionate about recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? MP Solutions Ltd. is seeking an International Talent Partner to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top-tier candidates for various positions at international level.

As an International Talent Partner, you will be expected to build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies. You will also develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, manage job postings and candidate tracking, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop successful recruitment plans.

We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment practices and trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively source and screen candidates using various sourcing channels and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • To be successful in this role you have demonstrable international experience as a recruitment /talent acquisition partner, ideally gained within a global, highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment practices and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively source and screen candidates using various sourcing channels and tools
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
