The Opportunity: As a Senior Recruiter at LatamCent.com, you will lead the sourcing and placement efforts across various industries, aiming to fill 5-10 roles monthly. This position offers extensive interaction with hiring managers in the USA and candidates in LatAm providing a fast-paced work environment rich with challenges and opportunities for professional growth. 

Who We Are: LatamCent.com is a leading nearshore recruitment firm specializing in placing top-tier talent across Latin America in USA b2b Tech orgs, We are a fully remote team that values transparency, dedication, and continuous learning in our quest to reshape the recruitment landscape.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct 80-100 candidate interviews monthly, utilizing LinkedIn, our ATS, and outbound sourcing techniques.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with hiring managers to align on candidate requirements and market trends.
  • Manage multiple roles, client and candidates schedules across time zones, ensuring availability and responsiveness.
  • Discover Most Placeable Candidates and help market them for new roles and opportunities

Must-Haves in a Candidate:

  • Proven track record in recruitment with the ability to meet substantial monthly targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
  • Fluent in English, comfortable working 9-5 EST, with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends to get the job done 
  • Fluent C1 or C2 level English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with innovative sourcing strategies and advanced recruitment technologies.
  • Experience working in recruiting agency 
  • Experience working with USA clients
