1-2 years of HR-related experience, 1-2 years in a call center or shared services HR environment preferred, 1-2 years of Leave Administration experience preferred, Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Strong understanding of HR data flow.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide accurate support on general HR queries
- Assist with Leave of Absence and transactional processing
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
- Collaborate with different HR functions for issue resolution
- Perform audits and update HR procedural documents
