Job description

BASIC PURPOSE
  • Responsible for providing customers (associates, managers and local HR) with accurate, consistent and timely responses covering a variety of topics from general HR policy to HR systems support (includes but not limited to associate lifecycle transactions, associate handbook inquires and support of online HR systems).
  • Responsibilities may include assisting customers with background relates and/or leave related transactions; process data entry into HR systems (including but not limited to Workday), identify issues and ensure that policy is being upheld.
  • Complete the transactional and administrative activities performed by HR Shared Services organization back office activities related to HR processes (includes but not limited to Leave of Absence documentation, Leave Management Processes, background and recruiting processes, Personnel Administration, Organizational data maintenance and Compensation Administration, Learning Management and other transactions), and related recordkeeping.
  • Resolve customer inquiries (associates, managers and location HR) while upholding the company policy and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities include; answering high number of inbound calls through the HR Shared Services call center. All coordinators are responsible for being on the call center daily to service and support customers. The coordinator will also make outbound calls as needed. Manage reports, case management inquires, HCM inbox items and other transactions daily.

Leverage knowledgebase and other available information to troubleshoot and resolve issues ranging from single questions to highly detailed issues

Process requests submitted from the markets, entering data or completing transactional processing into HR systems (including but not limited to Workday and SuccessFactors )

Leverage workflow tools to initiate and monitor to completion of all activities in work lists

Partner with HR Operations, HRIS, other HR functional area and third-party provider teams to support efficient research and issue resolution

Escalate requests, as needed, to appropriate internal and/or external parties and monitor progress until resolution

Periodically complete audit and reconciliation of data

Update HR Operations procedural documentation for processes supported by HR Shared Services

RELATED EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of combined Human Resource related experience in a full time or Internship capacity required;
1-2 Years of Call center or centralized shared services HR environment experience preferred;
1-2 years of Leave of Absence administration experience preferred; Payroll experience preferred

**This role is remote, internet access is required. Laptop will be provided and additional monitor is suggested.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Must possess excellent customer service, strong communication skills (written and verbal), poses attention to detail, the ability to work on various tasks and prioritize accordingly and be able to leverage analytical skills in order to comprehend and interpret policies, instructions, correspondences, etc. to make time-sensitive decisions with little direction; must possess a high degree of professionalism, persistence and follow-up; must be detail oriented with the ability to follow up on multiple tasks at a time with a high sense of urgency; a thorough understanding of data flow among different HR systems is required; must be able to work independently and in a team environment; must be proficient in using required Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Excel.

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (Central Standard Time)
8:00 AM -5:00 PM, Friday (Central Standard Time)
