Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Information Risk and Cybersecurity (IRC) Recruiter for a contract working remotely through December 31, 2025 with a client located in Milwaukee, WI. This is 100% remote.

We are seeking a multifaceted Information Risk and Cybersecurity (IRC) Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is more than a typical recruiting position; it's a change agent role to support our expanding IRC organization. There is a lot to be done, and we need someone who is up for the challenge.

Responsibilities:

Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for both contract and FTE roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while working closely with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with their needs.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and clean data in Workday.
Explore New Channels: Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels. This role is not for those who prefer to "post and pray."

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at high-growth FinTech companies.
Technical Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of technology concepts, specifically in cybersecurity.
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Skills: Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge.
Outstanding interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Workday as an ATS.
