McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational materials is looking for a Product Information Center Representative for our K-12 division.

The Product Information Center team supports our K-12 sales team by serving as a central point of contact for all product questions. We work closely with our K-12 sales team to answer questions and resolve product inquiries they need to close a sale, support a customer or prepare for an opportunity.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Researching product inquiries from our sales and other internal support teams. Product inquiries can cover a range of topics from questions about the curriculum, content, digital functionality, classroom implementation, available marketing collateral, feature requests, pricing and more.
  • Collaborating with product, marketing, platform operations and support teams across the organization to develop responses for the sales team to use.
  • Learning and maintaining a knowledge base of our products, processes and platforms as well as transferring this knowledge to other team members.
  • Keep track of trends of types of inquiries coming from the sales field.
  • Support sales tools for accessing our online platforms, setting up custom eCommerce sites, facilitating lifecycle management and maintaining documentation.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Experience and understanding of our industry and how educational products are sold and delivered.
  • Demonstrated success with achieving service level expectations in fast paced environments.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new digital programs and tools quickly.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great writing and communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

The pay range for this position is between $35,000 - $50,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.  Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
