Role Description

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our client’s team. If you’re a strategic, results-oriented professional who wants to contribute to the world of educational technology and “edutainment”, while gaining experience from a company in an exciting growth phase within the UAE, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. You’ll play a crucial role in leading budget planning, media buying, and strategic oversight across social media and PR initiatives, driving brand visibility, audience engagement, and ROI on paid media efforts. Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy and Content Ideation - Develop and implement organic social media strategies that leverage the company’s unique access to Arab celebrities and experts, creating engaging and culturally resonant content to drive brand visibility across the Arab world.
  • Budget Management and Media Planning - Lead the budget allocation and media planning process, working with the technical marketing manager to coordinate paid media efforts that maximize ROI and support overall brand growth.
  • Meta Ads Optimization - Utilize expertise in Meta ads to manage budget allocation, perform A/B testing, and optimize audience targeting, ensuring maximum reach and engagement within the defined marketing budget.
  • Influencer and PR Strategy Development - Craft and execute influencer and PR strategies that enhance brand credibility, utilizing high-profile collaborations with Arab celebrities to position the brand as a source of pride and knowledge in the region.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration - Oversee the current marketing and social media managers, fostering alignment between creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand strategy and successful campaign execution.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Budget Management Skills - Strong skills in managing and optimizing marketing budgets, with an emphasis on maximizing ROI across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in Marketing and Advertising - Minimum of five years in marketing, ideally with a background in digital media and brand strategy, demonstrating success in driving engagement and growth.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads - Strong experience in Meta ads management, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Cultural Knowledge of the Arab Market - Deep understanding of the Arab market, particularly the GCC, and an ability to create culturally resonant content that connects with regional audiences.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration - Proven leadership experience, with skills in managing marketing and social media teams, fostering collaboration, and aligning creative and strategic goals.
  • Influencer and PR Strategy Expertise - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective influencer and PR strategies, ideally with experience working alongside high-profile talent or public figures.
