Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for Scriveiner. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of various marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with overall Scriveiner objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Monitor social media analytics to measure performance and identify trends
  • Engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes

Email Marketing

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Create compelling email content, including subject lines, preheaders, and body copy
  • Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows
  • Analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly
  • Ensure email compliance with CAN-SPAM and other relevant regulations

Content Creation And Management

  • Work closely with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for various marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.

Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets to communicate our brand identity and value proposition effectively.

Analytics And Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Public Relations

  • Collaborating with influencers, thought leaders, and industry experts to amplify the organization's message and reach new audiences. Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers who can positively impact the organization's reputation and brand perception.
  • Can formulate and create a PR Kit and knows how to integrate article placement for brand identity across all communication channels

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing manager role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.in a B2C space. Please do not apply if you do not have a B2C experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills. Must sound like a native speaker, highly required
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across digital and traditional channels.
  • Proven experience in social media management and email marketing
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
