The Role
As a USG Enablement Partner you’ll work as part of our deployment teams, closely collaborating with Product Engineers and Deployment Strategists in the field to expand the use of Palantir and serve as a trusted partner to customers on the ground. Enablement Partners are strategic and empathetic communicators who are able to manage client accounts and relationships. Our strengths include the ability to identify gaps in the product and internal operations, build effective and scalable solutions to address these gaps, and execute across a variety of responsibilities. We strive to create paths forward for our clients to ensure they’re supported in their use of innovative technology to solve USG’s most difficult and important problems.
Core Responsibilities Own client relationships and be the end-to-end operational interface between these clients and PalantirDrive use of the Palantir platform through on-the-ground engagement directly with users Gather insights and painpoints to feed back to our Product Engineers and Product Development teams, and collaborate on new developments to ensure they’re meeting our clients’ needsLead client training sessions in order to amplify enablement across user groupsWhat We Value Prior experience in high growth operations, account management, and/or project managementAn adaptive communication style to suit a variety of audiences, including discussing technical requirements and solutions with internal and client engineering teamsDemonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs, complete projects with tight deadlines, and proactively manage client stakeholdersAbility to effectively manage projects (using task-tracking applications like JIRA, Asana) and coordinate with Palantir engineers for end-to-end implementationAbility to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalismExperience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plusWhat We RequireActive US Security Clearance (TS/SCI)Travel Expectation: minimum 75% time on customer sites (customer onsite locations vary)Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $101,000 - $140,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
