We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join our team at the Virtual Fracture Clinic in Standing Way, Eaglestone. This role is essential in providing expert advice on injury management, recovery, and exercises to patients. The position is full-time and will run from April 29, 2024, to July 29, 2024.
Responsibilities:
As a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist - Virtual Fracture Clinic you will be responsible for assessing patients’ injuries, providing tailored advice on recovery and exercises, and ensuring effective management of their conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to patients. Your role will involve conducting virtual consultations, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Additionally, you will educate and support patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed and involved in the therapeutic process. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the overall well-being and recovery of our patients.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience in a fracture clinic or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
