Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
  • Full oversight of day-to-day operations for a growing real estate and property management firm
  • Management of a team of virtual assistants across multiple functional areas
  • Development and implementation of scalable business processes
  • Optimization of CRM and other operational systems
  • Regular reporting and communication with executive leadership
  • Continuous improvement of operational efficiency and productivity
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a team of virtual assistants across various functions including scheduling, marketing, and property management
  • Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure proper utilization and optimization of the Follow Up Boss CRM system
  • Develop and implement strategies for scaling the business operations
  • Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed correctly and timely
  • Manage information flow between executive leadership and the operational team
  • Provide regular reports and insights on operational performance and areas for improvement
  • Implement and track relevant KPIs to measure business success
  • Suggest and oversee the implementation of new tools or technologies to improve operations

Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in real estate or property management
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their optimization
  • Experience managing remote or virtual teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in performance tracking and KPI management
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with real estate or property management processes is a plus
