Job description

This is a remote position.

Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalization (IS) hands on experience
Freelance - 12 month Duration
Fully remote - APAC Based
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
    • Interaction Studio (Personalization): Implementing real-time interactions.
    • Contact Builder & Data Modeling: Understanding of how data is stored, managed, and segmented.
    • Email Studio: Email creation, delivery, tracking, and reporting.
    • Journey Builder: Creating automated customer journeys and custom activities.
    • Automation Studio: Scheduled and triggered automation workflows.
    • Cloud Pages: Building and managing landing pages.
    • Mobile Studio: Managing mobile messaging (SMS, push notifications).
    • Content Builder: Centralized content management.
    • Data Extensions & Subscriber Management: Managing data extensions and relationships.
    • Security & Permissions: Managing user roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Salesforce Data Cloud
    • Customer Data Platform (CDP): Understanding data unification and activation across platforms.
    • Data Streams and Data Ingestion: Integrating and managing data from external systems.
    • Segmentation: Advanced segmentation strategies using unified data.
  • SSJS & AMP Script
    • SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript): Writing backend logic and automation in SFMC.
    • AMP Script: Personalizing emails, landing pages, and messaging within SFMC.
  • APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL)
    • SOAP API: Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud SOAP API and its use cases.
    • REST API: Working with Marketing Cloud REST API for creating journeys, updating data, and executing automations.
    • GraphQL: Use of GraphQL for querying specific data structures.
    • Postman: Testing API requests, handling authentication, and simulating API responses.
    • Swagger & API Mockups: Documenting and mocking APIs for development and testing.
