A Day in the Life of Engineering Manager

As an engineering manager, you will be integral part of Analytical & Web Interface team providing technical guidance and coaching the scrum team.

Implement the best engineering practices in all areas of software life cycle (Architecture, Design & Development) along with people management

So, how are we going to keep you busy?

You guide and inspire, fostering a positive work environment Setting clear goals, providing feedback, and ensuring everyone’s growth. Determine the need for training and talent development Technical documentation and project roadmaps             Oversee project execution of all Analytical Business Requirements, allocate resources, and manage timelines. Partner with Product owner and drive E2E of the projects from requirements to delivery Ensure provided estimates meets efficient CPI & SPI Balancing technical requirements with business needs is essential. Participate in stakeholders meet and provide weekly/Monthly/Quarterly update on status of the project owned

What will make you eligible for this role?

• Bachelor of Computer Science / Information Technology Engineering having more than 14 years of development experience

Experience, that will be an advantage:

• Telecom Roaming Business experience 
• Basic knowledge on front end applications (Full Stack JAVA, Angular, REACT)

What will make you the best-fit for this role?

Strong technical knowledge on HDFS ecosystem with hands-on experience in HIVE, HBASE, PySpark, Hue, SQL. Design & Architecture knowledge on Big Data Platform (Build Data Pipeline) In Depth understanding on Infrastructure Management (Cluster Configuration, Set-Ups, Monitoring, Alerts etc.) Team Leadership Project Management Strong Communication Technical Expertise
