Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of litigation solutions for law firms, is seeking experienced Consultative Sales Executives to drive new business development in California. Service offerings include eFiling, process service, docketing, and records retrieval solutions. The Account Executives will be responsible for prospecting new clients, delivering compelling sales presentations, closing deals, and managing client relationships through onboarding and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • ·Conduct in-person and remote sales presentations to prospective clients
  • ·Attend industry events to increase brand visibility and build a network of potential clients
  • ·Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects within your assigned territory, guiding them from initial interest through the first 12 months of utilizing our solutions
  • ·Conduct market research to understand both our solutions and those offered by competitors
  • ·Consult with legal professionals to identify their needs and demonstrate how our technology can meet them
  • ·Prospect for new business through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels
  • ·Utilize technology effectively for virtual meetings and sales presentations
  • ·Meet or exceed assigned sales metrics and quota

 

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in selling legal technology solutions
  • Strong knowledge of the law firm market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and other sales and marketing tools
  • Enthusiastic team player

 

Additional Information

Location: (Remote) Based in Los Angeles or Orange County

Compensation: OTE $150K (base $75K plus commission) and comprehensive benefits
