Overview:
This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform through effective DevOps practices. Incumbents will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to streamline processes, automate deployments, and optimize the Salesforce environment to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications and configurations. Automate deployment processes to ensure consistent and efficient releases across environments.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce metadata, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Work closely with engineers, administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, lead root cause analysis, review and remediate code, optimize performance, and resolve technical challenges. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient use of Salesforce capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend DevOps tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deploy updates and fixes and provide Level 2 technical support.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Required)
Experience
4 or more years Salesforce Developer/Engineer, Administrator, or DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce platform management and administration. (Required)
2 or more years experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems. (Required)
Certifications
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of the use of the Copado DevOps Platform (Required)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Salesforce DX, and Lightning Platform (Required)
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, roles, profiles and permissions (Required)
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL (Required)

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $75,100.00 - $125,200.00 annually.

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
