System Integrator

This is a remote position.

Client are seeking profiles of potential candidates that aligns with the requirements for an upcoming opportunity with PLMS and Client.  The role requires an experienced, strong leader in the clinical laboratory space for the role of System Integrator to support the implementation of a digital pathology lab in a testbed environment as part of Client’s initiative to transform Anatomical Pathology services in B.C.

About the Project

This initiative aims to advance a unified provincial laboratory system, transitioning from manual processes to a digitally integrated environment. The goal is to improve diagnostic efficiency, enhance and optimize workflow, and leverage new and emerging technologies, including AI, to better serve health organizations across the province.

Requirements

The Role

The System Integrator will lead the technical setup, end-to-end integration, and clinical/technical workflow optimization of digital pathology systems.

This role requires a decisive and collaborative leader to:

• Lead the integration of hardware, software, and cloud solution
  
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and data security
  
• Guide and provide training and knowledge transfer to teams
  
• Act as the key liaison between health organizations, vendors, and executive leadership
  

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• In depth knowledge of clinical laboratory areas, with anatomic pathology preferred
  
• Refined project management and change management skills with experience in a complex healthcare environment
  
• Possess a demonstrated pro-active approach to driving timelines, meeting milestones and providing deliverables in highly collaborative manner
  
• Excellent communication and organization skills
