Position Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the hiring process, including posting job requisitions, reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, issuing assessments, and coordinating the next steps of the recruitment process. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on various platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate potential hires.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth progression through the recruitment process.
  • Set up interviews and manage next steps in the recruitment funnel.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed hiring portals.
  • Experience in conducting phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in recruiting or human resources.
