Redstone Commodity Search are working with an established and innovative developer of energy-saving equipment in the Primary Aluminium Industry, in their search for a Project Director to align with company growth plans.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Control and manage projects through to completion.
- Engage in commercial and technical discussions with potential clients.
- Overall project management.
- Lead acquisition for new customers and drive business growth through business development.
- Integrate technical expertise with sales strategies.
- Travel to project sites worldwide.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Located in Zurich (Remote working a possibility)
- Deep technical understanding and experience of aluminium electrolysis.
- 10+ years’ experience in relevant roles across a variety of departments in an aluminium smelter.
- Commercial experience, negotiations and sales.
- Strong project management experience and skillset.
- Proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to engage in commercial and technical discussions, and present to industry audiences.
- Drive and adoption of innovative products.
- Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering.
