What you can expect

We're looking for a Channel Account Manager to join our ANZ team. You will be responsible for building and managing the partner ecosystem in Australia's South region. The role is responsible in recruiting, enabling  and building the right business plans for partners to deliver the channel sales growth. You will have a proven track record of winning or supporting new deals with new partners for vendors. This role will be based in Melbourne.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience of Channel Management within the Australian market

  • Experience in the Unified Communications/Cloud Telephony/UC & CX partners space.

  • Experience of business planning with partners, creating demand generation with the partner and delivering growth via partners

  • Have Channel sales success with a thorough knowledge and execution of Partner development and growth.

  • Strong understanding of how to find new business opportunities with partners and engage sales teams effectively

  • Knowledge of potential partners in the UCaaS or CCaaS space and existing contacts within them

  • Experience in quarterbacking partner relationships, including aligning with partner leaders, sales teams, and marketing departments
