About The Role

Wisdom is seeking a Sales Director to join our sales and marketing team and level up our impact. In this role, you’ll effectively nurture warm leads, educate new dental practices on how we can support their business, and close deals. You’ll dive into the weeds of our current sales funnel and establish quality sales practices for Wisdom as a whole, ultimately enabling us to 3x our revenue over the next 12 months.

This is a high-impact, business critical role that will report into the Head of Strategy, Matt McDonough. This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the pipeline of leads, qualify, and convert them into customers. You will be talking primarily to dental office managers and dentists, but also to partners who want to refer leads to us.

  • Partner with our marketing team on tuning the marketing qualification criteria and lead scoring to help you achieve your quota and meet our growth goals.

  • Build out our sales process, including reports and views to manage our lead pipeline in our CRM.

  • Build essential sales enablement tools, including qualification criteria, sales support materials in partnership with marketing, objection handling, and call analysis.

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a full-cycle sales role, especially selling to SMB customers

  • A track record of successfully delivering against and exceeding quotas

  • Previous experience partnering with marketing to refine lead profiles and qualifying leads

  • A high level of autonomy and self-direction

  • A desire to build from the ground up and scale a scrappy sales process into a well-oiled machine
