REMOTE Marketing/Advertising Generalist needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client.

What You’ll Be Doing:
 

• Will be responsible for crafting and executing retail media campaigns, including paid search and display, across Retail Media Networks (like Walmart Connect and Albertsons Media Collective) and managing promotions to drive profitable growth and customer dedication.
• Partner with our Marketing team as well as our Sales Leadership team to establish business plans and marketing opportunities that deliver an outstanding experience throughout the omnichannel consumer journey.
• Plan, execute and measure promotions and retail media campaigns to ensure efficient and effective content, execution and activation that align with overall marketing and business goals
• Evaluate and modify promotion or retail media programs
• In collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Team and Sales Leadership, align retail media and promotions with value propositions, plans and goals while ensuring marketing offerings support the customer
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Supervise channel performance and metrics and serve as the feedback loop from sales and customers to resolve efficiency of initiatives, including promotional efficacy to improve return on investment
• Demonstrating its deep knowledge of customer priorities, this role will help identify areas where additional customer profitability and brand growth can be achieved
• Act as a project manager ensuring magnificent and timely execution of key customer/channel initiatives based on priorities established through the business planning process. 
  

What You Need to Bring to the Table: 
 

• Bachelors Degree required

• At least four years of related work experience in marketing/advertising
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver timely projects within budge guidelines
• Experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated customer growth
• Experience engaging directly with customers with a positive impact
• Experience executing retail media campaigns and/or promotions
• Experienced with Pacvue system preferred
