Job Overview

We are in search of a proactive and detail-focused Executive Assistant to become an integral member of our team, supporting the Director of Operations within a leading national financial services firm. This position is critical in overseeing daily operations of our tax practice, optimizing workflows, and pinpointing areas for process enhancement. This is a full-time hybrid remote role, available following the completion of an initial training period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations across multiple practice areas, including tax advisory, return preparation, bookkeeping, administration, and client services.
  • Leverage existing systems and technology to refine workflows and enhance operational procedures.
  • Oversee and monitor project timelines to ensure punctual completion of tasks.
  • Facilitate effective client communications to improve the overall client experience.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and prepare documents to support streamlined operations.
  • Offer operational assistance to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional services setting, particularly in operational or project-based roles.
  • Exceptional relationship-building talents and a client-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to precision.
