Responsibilities
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Handle executive-level correspondence and administrative tasks
  • Organize and maintain digital files using Google Suite
  • Assist with payroll and commission calculations for the sales team
  • Facilitate internal communication using Slack and other platforms
  • Support various strategic projects as assigned by the CEO
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by taking on additional responsibilities as needed


Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently
  • Adaptability and quick learning of new software and technologies
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
  • Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule
