Job Overview

As an Education/Life Skills/Acculturation Coordinator, you will be pivotal in enhancing educational outcomes and fostering academic development for our youth. This remote position entails the crucial responsibility of generating program reports pertaining to education, life skills, and acculturation. You will conceptualize and execute instructional methodologies, establishing attainable objectives while effectively communicating academic standards and addressing students’ achievements and areas for growth. Your collaborative efforts with fellow team members will be instrumental in cultivating an optimal learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct educational services to a designated group of youth, ensuring they receive essential instruction and support.
  • Conduct educational assessments to assess each youth’s functionality levels.
  • Formulate personalized educational plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each youth.
  • Supervise and monitor youth engagement to ensure adequate instruction and support.
  • Participate in and oversee educational field trips.
  • Attend mandatory staff meetings and professional development training sessions.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
