In this position...**

The Ford Pro Customer Success team is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product and solutions training in a fast-paced environment with multiple, contesting priorities. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Ford Pro Learning Manager to join our team. The role will report directly to Meenu Sharma, Global Head of Customer Success, Ford Pro.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Lead the design, development, execution and evaluation of training solutions – both digital and in-person for Ford Pro dealer partners, customers and our internal teams
  • Build client relationships within Ford Pro key stakeholders to translate business needs into successful learning solutions using human-centred design
  • Evaluate vendors, platforms and tools for learning assets creation, distribution and reporting.
  • Partner with the Global Ford Pro Customer success and product marketing teams to scale the global Pro learning strategy to create engaging and customized digital experiences for Ford Pro customers (internal and external)
  • Partner with the global sales enablement team to design customized learning experiences for internal sales teams
  • Work in partnership with the Contact Centre of Excellence to improve processes around knowledge management and learning for customer success.
  • Build learner capabilities and drive behavioural change using a learner-centred design process that involves conducting learner research, co-creating with end-users, prototyping learning experiences with the use of next gen technology, and ensuring quality at speed and scale
  • Develop a digital content/channel strategy with a strong focus on social and customer relationship management
  • Working with the Technology, Data & Analytics teams to optimize user engagement and drive a feedback loop to improve content consumption
  • Help transform the training space with modern tools and technologies.

Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in communication, learning design, learning science, instructional design, education/instructional technology, or similar/relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in training education
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and driving learning initiatives in large organizations
  • Demonstrate an ability to develop and deploy strategies that track engagement, impact, quality of experience, and evaluate learning and training effectiveness.
  • Adept understanding of learning platforms and technologies, such as, Salesforce, Oracle, Mindtickle, Degreed, WorkRamp, Docebo, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative

Even better, you may have...

  • Bachelor's Degree in communication, learning design, learning science, instructional design, education/instructional technology
  • Knowledge and experience of software as a solution (SaaS) and/or EV products would be beneficial
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; mitigate risks to eliminate potential roadblocks in the design, development and implementation of training.
  • Works well under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity and iterative nature of new teams
