Position Title: HR Coordinator - Remote

Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources team at a premier renewable energy organization. This role is critical in facilitating various HR functions, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the department. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage offboarding procedures for departing staff with professionalism and care.
  • Accurately process documentation and perform data entry tasks.
  • Oversee several calendars to guarantee effective scheduling and time management.
  • Take initiative and actively seek clarification as necessary.
  • Provide essential support to the HR department, especially in recruitment coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner on offboarding communications and procedures.
  • Work alongside team members on diverse HR functions to improve overall efficiency.
  • Address HR-related inquiries and deliver precise information to employees.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in Human Resources is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Experience as a Junior Recruiter or Staffing Recruiter is advantageous.
