Job description

Director, Global Total Rewards & HRIS will report to the VP, People & Culture and lead the Total Rewards & HRIS team responsible for developing, implementing, and administering global compensation, equity, recognition and benefit programs in 8+ countries. You will be responsible for developing and administering market competitive total rewards programs and will be the trusted advisor to our People Partners and Talent Acquisition team on all matters relating to Total Rewards.  This role will also oversee all other systems and applications utilized by the People function both currently and, in the future, and will serve as the global People data champion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and administer Jam City’s global base pay, short-term and long-term incentive programs
  • Advise the executive team, global Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on pay decisions and guideline interpretations
  • Manage the job and pay structure and provide expertise and counsel to HR community and management
  • Partner with Finance and Legal teams in executing compensation programs
  • Compile, analyze, summarize large amounts of raw data and make recommendations to the executive team
  • Keep apprised of worldwide compensation and equity laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance
  • Develop and/or participate in compensation surveys, analyzing competitive market data and developing recommendations for salary structure adjustments as appropriate
  • Design, implement and administer global benefit programs, ensuring statutory compliance as well as market competitiveness
  • Manage enrollment process for all countries, to include developing timelines, managing vendors to evaluate options and costs, defining systems setups and specifications and complete needed HRIS updates
  • Work with internal partners in developing benefit programs as new global location are established
  • Design and enhance benefit communications through multiple and varied venues
  • Work with internal teams to research, create and enhance benefit plans and guidelines
  • Work with global benefit brokers and providers to ensure competitive and cost-effective programs
  • Actively participate in all renewal discussions, benefits communication plan, conducting employee meetings, etc.
  • Manage the US 401K plan in coordination with the 401K Committee and investment advisors.
  • Define and implement a technology strategy and roadmap for end-to-end People technology to deliver on an effective employee experience with an eye toward future growth.
  • Consults and collaborates with functional clients to identify People system’s needs, quantifies requirements, and recommends People systems-based options and strategies.
  • Lead cross functional teams across multiple People functions such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and People Operations to link People business strategy and business requirements that can be delivered by technology.

  • QUALIFICTATIONS
  • Executive compensation, sales and incentive compensation, equity compensation & HRIS strategy
  • Global compensation experience a must; US and Canada experience preferred
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Quantitative and data-driven — able to draw insights from data while making strong intuitive decisions when data is imperfect or unattainable
  • Hungry and energized to hit ambitious goals
  • Proven ability to build process in a rapid-growth environment
  • Passion for building innovative total rewards and programs that are unique, creative and effective
  • CCP, CBP or SPHR certification a plus
