How can you make an impact?
The primary focus of the Sales Operations Representative to is to provide the Regional Directors with administrative support related to their sales events, from pre-sale to order close. The Sales Operations Team assists Regional Directors using our web-based operations suite, InterLink3000, Salesforce, Oracle, quotes and sales orders. The Sales Operations Team members are often the liaisons for Sales to other parts of the organization, such as Professional Services, Finance, and Development. The goal of the Sales Operations Team is to improve sales performance through better adherence to company policies and processes.
This is a remote opportunity. Candidates should reside in Eastern or Central time zones of the United States.
What you will be doing:
Working with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on requests, approvals, and recommendations on behalf of potential customers
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to order processing and order exceptions
Communicate and provide information to multiple, cross-functioning teams within the organization
Manage and work cases in Salesforce
Process all orders for Field and Renewal sales
Producing Quotes and Proposals
Process order changes
Research and provide resolution on order inquiries and complex change requests
Assist Accounts Receivable Team with invoices and receivables as needed
We are looking for someone with:
2+ Years of Sales Support/Ordering Process Experience
Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
Experience with Salesforce is required Experience with Oracle is preferred
Successful Multi-Tasker
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook and Excel) a must
Attention to detail
Comfortable working with numbers
Organization skills

The pay range for this position is between $35,000 - $55,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
