Account Receivables Associate (Diabetes Care)- Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medical billing and accounts receivable processes for a diabetes care provider in US.

Location: Delhi NCR, India (Remote)

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week, 2 Rotational Offs

Shift: US hours

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 years of experience in medical/diabetes AR process is mandatory

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and terminology.
• Proficiency in using billing software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Experience of working with Elation Health and APERO is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of insurance guidelines and regulations.
• Should have good Cash collected/Resolution Rate.
• Should good understanding of the US Healthcare revenue cycle and its intricacies
• Should have calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding.
• Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines affecting AR processes

Responsibilities:

• Patient Biling
• Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.
• Identify denial reason and work on resolution.
• Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.
• Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits.
• Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects.
