Job description

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for a multinational company based in Gibraltar.

Salary & Terms

  • Salary between £55,000 - £65,000 gross per year based on experience
  • 100% remote work
  • Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 1pm

Role & Responsibilities

  • Definition and implementation of the people management strategy to be carried out by the company.
  • Definition of positions and selection of middle management and operational staff.
  • Monitoring and onboarding of new hires. Development and execution of the annual training plan.
  • Creation and implementation of career plans to promote employee growth within the company.
  • Definition of strategies to meet the demand for training projects.
  • Conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Performance evaluation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager.
  • CIPD Qualified would be desirable.
