We are looking for a  

Program Manager HR 

who can help to achieve more alignment between business strategy and the people strategy. 

 

What is your role?  

Key objective of this role is to ensure alignment, transparency and delivery of HR initiatives throughout the organisation. 

Your specific tasks include:   

  • Work in partnership with multiple stakeholders in delivering the people strategy, aligned with overall business objectives and priorities.  

  • Set and run the governance of HR programs and -initiatives to drive the focus on alignment, delivery, and business impact. Support transition to more agile way of working. 

  • Lead key people projects, from planning to evaluation, supporting the company’s people strategy 

 

Your team 

You will report to the Director People Strategy & Programs. You will work closely together with the Centers of Expertise (CoE’s) at Kramp group: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development HR Solutions and Rewards. Your role has no formal reports but does require managing stakeholders across the organization and leading cross-functional teams on key projects. 

 

Who are you?  

For this job we have a couple of requirements:   

  • Track record in program management and -governance, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes, including change management and embedding of new processes and solutions. 

  • Highly collaborative and supporting others, as well as holding others accountable for hitting timelines and quality of work standards.  

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills. 

  • Analytical, organized and data-driven, with a natural drive to make things happen.  

  • Strong business acumen, combined with relevant experience in the area of people and organization development, and the ambition to further develop into HR.
