As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to own and drive the business health for our Security and Identity team. The ideal candidate can lead fast paced change enabled by technology while leveraging their confirmed program and business operations management capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working with key business partners including finance, HR, recruiting, service delivery leaders and Chiefs of Staff supporting peer teams. You will develop business insights and support through reporting and analytics and will drive continuous process improvements to remove obstacles and enable the team to succeed in the highly dynamic world of cloud computing.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Business planning and system of accountability: lead and coach teams through planning and execution. Drive teams to leverage data and Objectives and Key Result (OKRs) to drive system of accountability.
  • Ensure alignment with all stakeholders. Review performance and execution progress, engaging stakeholders to achieve results. Create clarity in ambiguous situations to facilitate and drive prioritization and decision making across the organization.
  • Contribute to monthly business review (MBR) and run rhythms regularly to identify what is working and what is not and makes improvements accordingly.
  • Utilizes direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise in order to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly.
  • Evolve and automate processes by providing requirements for tools and systems, across multiple integrated processes and teams.
  • Be extremely comfortable around numbers, conduct cost-benefit analyses, collect, and evaluate success metrics, and use other analytics to examine performance, derive value, and identify risk and opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and implement corrective actions of process and drive improvements.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience. 4+ years of related experience in business program management, financial planning, growth development, budgeting, and growth strategies.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Candidate should be very comfortable looking at financial data and using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, horizon dashboards to communicate analysis to executives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to build trust, influence, and build relationships with diverse team members; ability to demonstrate relationships to drive consistency of approach and ensure delivery.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, yet pragmatic and technically savvy, with the ability to synthesize disparate information effectively and quickly into clear recommendations, actions, and decisions
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to partner across teams
  • Leading and managing a can-do attitude through continual change, ambiguity; able to identify systemic approaches to solving problems
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, influence, and leverage outside resources to promote results.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the business
  • Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and get results, providing feedback/pain points from our customers and partners.

US: Hiring Range: from $104,000 - $223,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
