Job Description

As a Senior Hospitality Instructor you will be responsible for training customers and employees on OPERA Cloud PMS and other Oracle Hospitality solutions. As part of the Oracle Hospitality Consulting Global Training team, you will work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design and facilitate on the most up-to-date OPERA Cloud PMS configuration and functionality. This is a global position and may require working outside standard business hours at times with some travel needed.

To ensure you stay current with Oracle Hospitality tools and solutions, the Senior Hospitality Instructor will be responsible for working with Hospitality Consulting to assist with new customer implementations.

Successful candidates will have a passion for training and development, and can work independently and within a group. Individual must be driven organized, and resourceful.
