Responsibilities

Supporting Mestrelab Business Devleopment, you are responsible for interacting with customers and prospective customers of the company for the purposes of:

Presenting the company’s product range, its capabilities and adequacy to the needs of the customers.
Represent and sell the Company’s products.
Holding meetings with customers, face to face, online and by telephone, to present the company’s products. Take all steps conducive to the adoption of the company’s products by prospective customers.
Coordinate the strategy of your list of key accounts with other account managers in accordance with the guidance of the company’s management
Upkeeping and updating the company’s Customer Relationship Management system with details of customers and customer interactions, as is common practice in the company.
Participation in conferences, exhibitions and other commercial events in which Mestrelab participates in the territories of USA & Canada.
Assisting customers with the development of proficiency in the use of Mestrelab’s products and with the integration of the said products in their organizational workflows.
Creating a pipeline, growing it and maintaining it aligned with the allocated targets.
Proposing to his manager commercial strategies and marketing adjustments to improve Japanese market penetration.
Promoting other SciY products and solution when appropriate and provide support to other SciY colleagues for joined opportunities.
