The role is fully remote but you will be part of a large team, you will have the chance to constantly share your personal ideas, proposals and recommendations so that you’ll proactively contribute to develop our business.

As Inside Business Developer your main tasks will be:

- Scouting, contacting and driving new business to use our services

- Dealing mostly with medium/big sized companies

- Building up a new portfolio of clients

- Promoting our solutions through outbound activities, emails, LinkedIn outreach and other useful tools for the purpose. Be aware, we will not stop you from making an extra phone call :)

- Challenging yourself and using your communication and negotiation skills to build an effective long-lasting relationship

You have:

- Great communication and sales skills to grab the interest of potential partners and explain them our vision and added value of our services

- Ability of thinking forward and you can't wait to share a new idea to reach the goal

- Passion for developing a company business and make a concrete impact on its growth

- Ability to analyze the market and its needs, and identify where our services can be a turning point for the success of the business

- Ability to adapt your communication depending on the target you're focusing on

- Stamina and the right energy level to make several phone calls every day

- Ability to concretely turn data, insights and initiatives into contracts, together with great ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your daily tasks

- Result-oriented attitude and target driven approach

- Proven experience in sales

- Previous experience in a dynamic/fast-paced/start-up environment is considered a plus

- Fluent knowledge of English - both written and spoken
