Our Client, a leading construction equipment manufacturer, recognised as the largest in its country is currently looking for a new Sales Manager, The company collaborates with 8,000 suppliers and 400 dealers internationally, the business spans construction and mining equipment manufacturing, renewable energy, banking and insurance, real estate development, and industrial IoT

Job Description

You will be reporting to the Country Manager and your responsibilities includes:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the Road Machinery sector to increase market share.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Continuously seek new business opportunities and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the Road Machinery industry, market trends, and competitors.
  • Stay informed about the company's products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on technical aspects of the Road Machinery sector.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies in all sales activities.


The Successful Applicant

  • 5 to 8 years of proven sales experience in the Excavator sector.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in sales within the construction equipment parts industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Road Machinery market or construction equipment parts
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
