Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Remote | WFH

Location: Houston Metro / Gulf Coast

Overview

We are in search of a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to become a key player in our vibrant sales team. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact sales growth, foster client relationships, and amplify our market footprint in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will possess a solid sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a thorough grasp of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute actionable sales strategies to meet and surpass established sales goals.
  • Unearth new business avenues and broaden our customer base.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, sales methodologies, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer journey.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the designated territory.
  • Assess clients’ business requirements and recommend appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
  • Manage the sales territory efficiently, including the planning and organization of sales visits.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to pinpoint opportunities and challenges.
  • Generate and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Director or Sales Leadership team.

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base Salary: \(71,000 to \)97,000
  • Quarterly Bonus: Up to 30% of base salary
  • Monthly Car Allowance: $550 (tax-free, for gas/miles)
  • Monthly Communication Allowance: $180 (for cell phone/internet)
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.33 per mile after the first 500 miles in a calendar month
