Job Overview

Join our reputable beauty industry team as an Inside Sales Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales initiatives within the Texas region. This fully remote position allows you to engage directly with our customers and significantly impact our business growth. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, you will be instrumental in revitalizing relationships with inactive clients and nurturing connections with our valued small accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your in-depth understanding of our products, policies, and procedures to execute successful sales transactions with both current and prospective professional customer accounts.
  • Employ available sales and marketing tools to effectively guide professional stylists through a structured sales cycle.
  • Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Transform inbound and outbound calls into sales and additional opportunities, including upselling a comprehensive product line.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales quotas and objectives on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop new accounts through strategic lead generation methodologies.
  • Maintain exemplary service levels by reaching out to all assigned accounts in vacant and non-rep territories monthly via phone.
  • In instances of vacant territories, ensure communication with all accounts at least once a month until a permanent Inside Sales Representative is appointed.

  • Ability to efficiently balance primary job responsibilities and project commitments while adhering to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, alongside experience with customer relationship management databases.
  • Proven discretion in managing confidential and proprietary information.
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or Shopify is advantageous.
  • Outstanding telephone and communication skills, both oral and written.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience, ideally within the beauty industry or with professional hair stylists.
