Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our team, focusing on supporting the Kyndryl Win Coach (powered by High spot) platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually engaging and effective designs that enhance the user experience and drive engagement with our training and enablement content. This role will be crucial in establishing a modern, standardized design language and elevating the visual presentation of our content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and dynamic visuals for the Kyndryl Win Coach platform that captivate and engage users, enhancing the overall aesthetic and usability.
  • Develop visual elements that support an engaging user journey for spots, training and enablement, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate to modernize and design user experience elements, establishing and maintaining a standardized design language across the Kyndryl Win Coach platform.
  • Ideate and provide creative visual solutions for new content and training modules to be hosted on Kyndryl Win Coach, aligning with the platform's goals and user needs.
  • Produce short videos, animations, and other design elements to be used for enablement, training, and internal communication campaigns.
  • Ensure all visual designs comply with GUI accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508, WCAG), making content accessible to all users.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting design concepts and rationales, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs iteratively.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in visual design. Bring innovative ideas to the table to continuously improve the user experience.

  • Comfortable using tools like SharePoint, Canva, and Microsoft Productivity Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or a Master’s degree in Visual Communication/Design.
