Job Description:
As a Recruiter/Talent Sourcer at DDN, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to meet our growing needs. You will partner closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to build a strong pipeline of candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. Your proactive approach and deep understanding of the talent landscape will be essential in finding the best talent for DataDirect Networks.This is a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in the technology or data storage industry.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Minimum of 4 years of engineering recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS and other HR software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
